No Communication

Please advise if the email (***) for the Durban Depot works

It seems as though it's not monitored and people are not bothered to replying to people's queries....I have sent numerous emails regarding a previous parcel of mine with no update or reply and I only got a reply after my package was delivered.......today I sent them 2 emails to query another one of my parcels and I did not get any update...I tried to phone but didn't get through

Can some please assist me my email query
