No answered calls and texts

I had an outstanding payment for a Temu parcel. The due date passed, and I wanted to make the payment as soon as possible.And honestly I did not appreciate the service I was getting ,I am not answered on live chats and when they answer my calls ,my airtime is wasted on a song.Just poor service
