No answer to queries - tracking uselesss

The company does not have the decency of responding to queries regarding your consignment. Their tracking system sucks big time. Frustrating waiting for a parcel delivery As someone who is not always at home and relies on tracking systems to have an indication as to when I can expect a delivery, I found the tracking of a parcel through this comany a nightmare. The parcel was twice in transit between Durban and Richards Bay. once on Friday,13 August at 9.44am and then again on Saturday 14 August at 2.41pm. It was then received in Richards Bay on Saturday, 14 August at 4.43am and was placed on a courier vehicle at 6.51am on Monday, 16 August. The parcel was then received in Richards Bay on Monday, 16 August at 10.18am. No further tracking available, Parcel did eventually arrive at around 3pm on Monday, 16 August.
