No answer at Pretoria branch

I have been calling the Pretoria branch since 3 Jan 2023. Nobody is answering the phones on option 1, 2, 3 and reception, Neither is anyone answering WhatsApp or email. What is wrong with this branch, why is Joburg branch answering but not you. Who is the manager of this branch, do you not have any pride for your job? I cannot be at home everyday waiting for 1 day when you decide to deliver. You need to give an indication when you are going to deliver. (DJ***)
