No accountability

<p>I had a parcel couriered to me, which i need for use on Sunday. The parcel was sent on 25/01/2017, up today no parcel and when i call the driver he says he will be here at 11 am, i call at 2pm he says his boss was already here early, but my parcel is not here. now when i call him he doesnt answer. He doesnt even have the decency respond via sms and tell me when delivery will be done.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yesterday they tried to deliver after 6, who works until then? and the building was already closed.</p> <p>Arent you supposed to be contacted before delivery??</p> <p> </p> <p>I need this parcel for my daughters baptism.</p>
