Nightmare Christmas

What a nightmare, today I woke up to an email saying I received the parcel which I never did. I waited for them the whole day, no one pitch or call. I even took the liberty to call one of the ladies who always deliver my parcel and she didn't know who took my parcel. I am devastated. My kids Xmas clothes are on that parcel. My heart is bleeding with anger. My tracking number is Y*** and BUFZA***YQ.
