Nightmare

Their Bloemfontein depot is very helpful and gives great service. Their delivery service to Upington and the agency that they use is unfortunately a complete nightmare from beginning to end. You have to keep asking them for updates, even though they said they will keep you informed or come back to you. Then the package is out for delivery and then they have no idea if it is. Then you have to ask the driver only to hear " O, we still have loads more deliveries to do" It seems that they have 1 driver to Upington and all the surrounding areas. No feedback or no coming back to customer even after stating this is what would happen. It is one huge shambles and the customer receiving the parcel and the customer who booked the delivery are the losers. This reflects badly on the customer who uses them and leaves a sour taste for those receiving the parcels
