Never use this courier ever again!!!

An urgent parcel consisting of 4 boxes was to be sent from CT to Mpumalanga. Fastway sent 2 boxes to North West and then 2 boxes to the correct destination. After following up on the two boxes - it was confirmed that it will arrive 4 days later than the initial 2 boxes. NOTE: THIS WAS AN URGENT PARCEL. The parcels arrived at the Mpumalanga Depot after 6 calendar days. We followed up and was assured the parcel will arrive on day 7 by 11am. Calling the actual courier - we were informed that the parcel was left behind because the bakkie was full and that the parcel will only arrive at its destination on day 10.

We called the contact number and courier and supervisor (3 different numbers) a minimum of 98 times. No answer. Only the courier answers and he only says: "Speak to depot - my bakkie is full".

THE WORST COURIER IN SOUTH AFRICA - IT DOES NOT DELIVER WHAT IT STATES ON ITS WEBSITE.
