Never use this company, they are totally useless

THERE IS NO OPTION TO RATE NO STARS!!!

Three times I have had a parcel delivered by this company, every time a problem. The latest parcel has still not arrived after two weeks. A totally *********** company with useless staff. Very sorry for the merchants who use them to deliver their goods, many customers must be lost over this pathetic service!
