Never use them as your main courier

Worst of the worst service. We have semt thousands of parcels over the years, we sent hundreds of parcels every month. In this month alone i had over 15 clients whos parcels were mis directed. And even more in the precious month. It is excuse upon excuse from the guy who is suppose to do the cage on why my parcels all go to cape town before they go to Bloemfontein from Pretoria, we pay so much for a service which they cant even get right. Then i am told to use my airtime and phone one hub, to point me to the next hub, to giving me a 3d number to find out after 11 days in transit my client still wont get her parcel today. I have never in all my life worked with a company that is so pathetic in doing the one thing they advertise ... I have proof and evidence. I will go as far and wide as i can to voice my dissapointment in their service. I will personally recommend more than 8000 of my existing clients to rather give me an alternative way to send their parcels.
