Never use Fastway Couriers. Extremely poor service.

The service is absolutely **********. The driver blatantly lies. I had spoken to him on the phone and told him the times he could deliver and the times were on the delivery instructions. The first day the parcel was out for delivery, he arrived more than 2 hours after the specified delivery times and unfortunately nobody was there to receive the parcel. I told him again there were specified times he could deliver. When the parcel went out for delivery the second time, I phoned the call center to ensure that they would deliver the parcel that day, as that is what I had been told would happen. They hung up on me twice and when I phoned back for the third time, told me they could not help me and I would have to wait for when they could deliver my parcel. I will never use Fastway Courier again.
