NEVER USE FASTWAY COURIERS!!!

I have been expecting a parcel from Buffalo since the 23 December 2022 and it was outsourced to fastway, l tried to contact them on all their platforms to try and arrange that l pick up the parcel at their witbank depot because l know they don’t work on weekends nor holidays. I got no response from their whatsapp, online chat and even tried calling witbank depot l couldn’t get hold of them. This is the second time l experienced such from fastway, it’s a pity l don’t choose the courier company when l order online otherwise l would NEVER USE FASTWAY COURIERS for my parcels. Still to date l haven’t received my parcel
