Never Use Fastway Courier - Pathetic Service

Fastway Couriers is without doubt the worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their delivery service is inconsistent in terms for delivery times between major cities and they cannot ever give you an expected date of delivery after your package has been picked up. their Whatsapp service which "Aims to prioritize service" is a joke. More than 2 hours and no reply. their call centre is worse. they can only give you as much information as you see on the tracking portal. Nothing about where your package is in respect to transit and when it will arrive in the next branch. Absolutely pathetic considering the technology available for information on tracking. I recommend you never use their service.
