Never use Fastway

Having worked there I can tell you that I always find out who the online company is using to do their courier. If they say Fastway, I run a mile. Their system sucks. I worked over 30 years in courier and Fastway has the worst system and customer services. They refuse to read comments on Hellopeter. They simply don't care. Demand a refund and take your business to The Courier Guy. Buffalo Logistics is owned by Temu. Buffalo decided to give the deal to Fadtway. I told them when I was working somewhere else that they must NEVER use Fastway. Unfortunately they obviously got a good deal. Please online shoppers. The only good couriers out there are Aramex, Courier Guy and Mr D. Your goods are being ****** by staff and drivers with no consequences. Take your business somewhere else. Just negotiate.
