NEVER USE FASTWAY

Beyond disgusted at your service. Firstly it has taken now three days now for a parcel to be delivered. Your call centre answers the phone and the hangs up because they don't want to deal with customers, they don't get back to you when you query something and the are rude on the phone. I will NEVER EVER USE YOU AGAIN!
