Never opt for fastway courier if you value your sanity

What a horrible experience I've experienced with this company on 2 occasions their representatives do not even know what customer service is. The attitude that Keisha has is horrific for someone in the customer care department, you'd swear she is forced to do her job. I have been moved from pillar go post for almost a month now. If there could a a rating below 1 star I would have go e for that
