Never buy from an online store who uses Fastway.

<p>I will never ever purchase anything online from a company using Fastway. I am convinced they stole my parcel. This will be the third time this year that my parcel is just 'missing'. No explanation nothing.</p> <p>Who is running this circus? Cape Town branch is atrocious. The customer services, supervisor, Vanessa, is useless. She seems to try and say all the right things but she is clearly out of her depth when it comes to pleasing the customer. Paul the operations Manager never gets back to you. How could a company possibly have a customer service supervisor who does not know what she is doing and then she has the audacity to tell me that if i put this message on Hello Peter people will loose their jobs. Well maybe it should be her. Good grief the service sucks. This is a message to any possible company thinking of using Fastway. DO NOT USE THEM. You will loose clients. Their service is absolutely shocking.</p>
