Never answer the phone for delayed parcel tracking

Firstly, Fastway Couriers JHB, DBN, and CPT has been very reliable and fixes any issue encounter fast and efficient. <br> <br> However, the Bloemfontein depot, known on the website to be franchised by Ciaralox (Propriety) Limited. Never answers the phone provided on website when my parcel shows to be last checked in in their depot but never delivered. Furthermore, they would put the phone aside if I ring it too many times.<br> I've had a good thought before I filed the complaint here at hello peter, but this is the 2nd time within the past 4 months I've experience the same thing. <br> <br> This is creating a very bad representation of my business because I'm relying on them to deliver. Please help!
