NEO from WITBANK gave the worst and rude service.

I called fastway witbank with Regards to a package that was supposed to be delivered wednesday but wasnt delivered because the driver was late, then Thursday apparently my clients phone was off. My client was never called by the driver however the guy I spoke to NEO rudely insisted that my client is lying and that they will call the client at their time as its not a pressing matter to them. So the package wasnt taken by the driver today (friday) it will only be taken MONDAY which makes sense to me! He continued to rudely explain how it costs them petrol to drive to deliver as if I didnt pay for the service. I asked him for his surname he repeatedly refused to give him his surname! I've been using fastway for my business for a while and I've never experienced such rude service. NEO from WITBANK BRANCH does not represent what fastway is all about at all and I'm so disappointed that he is treating clients this way. He will be the reason fastway loses good business. I would like him to call and apologize for this unprofessional and provoking behaviour!!!!!
