Parcel was despatch from George to go to Lidgetton KZN on the 10 July 2020 Parcel went to JHB and was received 5 days later on the 15 July 2020 in JHB and realized it was the incorrect despatched destination. It was then despatched from JHB to DBN on the 16 July 2020 and arrived at the DBN depot on 21 July 2020. It was then despatched for deliver on the 22 July 2020 only to be told.it was too late to deliver. Branch manager of PMB was contacted and he has undertaken to deliver personally on the 23 July 2020. It has taken this parcel 13 days to be delivered
