MY PARCEL WAS SENT TO A PERSON I DON'T KNOW

My parcel went to a person I don't know .I made my order via the TEMU app and when I try tracking it via WhatsApp it's not helpful or their call center number it places you on hold for 5 minutes and longer sometimes I want my parcel or my refund I really disappointed by this unprofessionalism shown by Fastway. HOW DO YOU DELIVER A PARCEL TO SOMEONE WITHOUT CALLING THE PERSON WAITING FOR THE PARCEL, NO SMS OR WHATSAPP TO TRACK YOUR ORDER AND NO ID TO VERIFY THE PERSON TAKING THE PARCEL.WHAT BULL**** IS THIS. I WANT MY PARCEL THAT WAS SENT TO RIRHANDZU, WHO THE **** IS THIS PERSON??? IS SHE USED TO ***** OUR PARCELS.
