My parcel has been out for delivery for 5 days

My parcel has been out for delivery for 5 days. My e-mails are not answered by their Customer Services Division, but have however been forwarded to 4 different people attempting to resolve the situation/ find my parcel, which, after 5 days out for delivery is either displaced or lost. I must add that my on-line purchase is from a company based in Centurion. I am in Pta East, yet after 5 days it has still not been delivered.
