My Avon isn't getting delivered

Courier phoned me with the delivery on 2 February 2016 and he did not send the stock back to Pretoria in a timely manner. He then sent it back after almost 2 weeks and it got sent back to Avon Pretoria. Now I am still waiting for the stock and have very upset clients
