Mr price and fastway couries are *******

The worst courier service ever.I have been waiting for 15 days for a parcel to be delivered from Mr price Johannesburg and it is still Stuck at Durban warehouse.when calling the call centre they put me on hold and they don't answer and cut the phone this is very disrespectful and I'm going to take to the higher department because I can't be ****** by a big company.
