Most unreliable Courier Company

Must be the worst courier company. Daily email announcements of "delivery today". But if no delivery takes place.

The only phone number working is at head office. But they don't have any more information then us available online.

WhatsApp is "prioritised", but "the next available agent" is never available. Phone number in Johannesburg is just a message to use WhatsApp (!!!) and email *** is equally not attended to.

In summary, Fastway Couriers cannot and does not want to be contacted. The most unreasonable and unreliable courier company imaginable.

Don't use. They clearly cannot ve bothered to do what they are supposed to do.
