Most pathetic service - way worst than PO

My parcel was picked up on 18/02, outbound for delivery 20/02 just after 08h00.....no delivery. This morning, 21/02 @ 07h00 again out foe delivery AND YET AGAIN NOT DELIVERED!!!!! I was given the driver's cellphone number. I contacted the driver @16h51 and he is in Midrand!!!!! This is pathetic!!! He is so rude, tries to justify for not delivering by saying he told me the truth and reason why the parcel was not delivered yesterday is "he didn't have a bakkie and had to share with his colleague" When I told him I am going to take it further, he responded "yeah, take it further". I paid for delivery, not excuses. Percy gets paid to do a job which he doesn't do.

I have never used this courier service but will most definitely NOT use in the future nor recommend to family and friends and should I purchase something and they tell me they use you guys as courier.....I'd leave the sale!!!
