Most Pathetic service ever

Parcel was collected on 17th of Dec 2021, still no delivery! You pay for your parcel to lay at there depot for 3 days now. Phone, get promised delivery, then no one phones back. When you phone again there is no record that you have phoned already. On line service also no response. I will make sure I tell all that I can to never use the pathetic useless couriers as far as I can!!!
