Most Pathetic Courier service!!!

Witbank to East London. Parcel fetched 30 March, got to EL 2 April. I was told it would be delivered to the address by 13h00. At 15h00 I called to advise I need the parcel by end of the day as Fri is a holiday and explained I could fetch the parcel if it cannot be delivered. I was told it WILL be there by 17h00. At 17h30 I called to tell them that I will collect when the driver reaches the Depo. It was agreed the person in charge will call me as soon as the driver got there. It is now Monday 7 April and I am yet to receive a call!
