Most pathetic courier company

just now New If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the most poor and pathetic service I have ever experienced with a courier company! You don't answer your calls, you don't reply on WhatsApp that states "We prioritize our WhatsApp communication". My parcel has been load twice and not delivered, comming with excuses that the vehicle was broken but will deliver before 4pm! Will never NEVER advise anyone to use Fastway as a courier service!
