MOST PATHETIC COMPANY EVER

Worst Company ever!. All of them are ***********, from the receptionist, right through to the drivers. My parcel was picked up by the Pretoria Depot on the 3rd of March from the Joburg branch, today is the 9th, I am still waiting for my parcel. I phoned them on the 4th and 5th to find out when I can expect delivery. They phoned my back on the 5th to assure me that I will get my parcel on Friday 6th March. I phoned again on Friday to confirm as I know how pathetic they are, and I am running a business so I must give feedback to my customers as well. The receptionist promised me that my parcel will be delivered between 3pm and 4pm. I received nothing. I phoned them 4.40pm, then the same lady told me that my parcel was not on the delivery vehicle. I've got no words for this, really. They are dont care and arrogant. But, I've got news for them. I lost a business deal of R15000 due to their false promises about my delivery, but I am definitely not carrying that loss. Ive got all the evidence I need to sue them for lost of income due to their pathetic service. They promised me this morning that my parcel will be delivered today, Ive got no need for it anymore as my customer cancelled this order. That driver better not show up at my door today as I will let my dogs loose on him.
