Most appalling service I have ever received!

If I could I wouldn't give a star, they don't deserve it. So I was contacted by courier yesterday to collect my order next to some supermarket in my area. I don't understand why at the supermarket because I wrote my address, so he said he was near my area and that I must be by the spot by 2pm. He never pitched and he did not care to call and say he could not make it, when I tracked my parcel it stated that I was unavailable for pick up......like really?. So today without any notice or whatever he calls and says he is by the supermarket I must come now, I did not even take 10 min because the supermarket is 10 min away from my place, he was gone! When we called him he said and I quote " I don't play that movie". I don't wish to ever have anything to do with Fastway , they just need to drop my parcel at my doorstep!
