more than 5 days for a parcel from Pretoria to Johannesburg

A small parcel has been sent from 'Pretoria' to me in 'Johannesburg'. That was 5 days ago. I do not have the parcel YET. The whatsapp help line is not answered... These people are useless. I will never use them again.
