More like TurtleWay with Chester

If I could I wouldn’t even put a single star. My parcel from OneDayADeal was received on the 16 December and I understood that since it’s a Public Holiday delivery would be made on Monday the 19th. Little did I know that I’d have to deal with a driver named Chester who has stories for days. The first call was in the morning to the warehouse, where I received his number. I called him and he didn’t pick up, so I left a message. Two hours later I called again, a woman said she would call him and she would get back to me in exactly 5 minutes. An hour later I speak with Chester who disconnects our line. I call again until he picks up, he tells me that he is in my neighborhood in the mornings but HIS driver will deliver between 16:00 and 17:00 today (19/12). My question is “if this is where you start, why did you not deliver then?” Comes 16:45 he doesn’t answer his phone, all the way to 17:10.

The company name gives such false hope. *********** is not even the correct term to use with Fastway. It’s literally disgusting. Travel arrangements were made around this delivery. Unfortunately I don’t see myself using the service provider that works with TurtleWay because their ethic is so beneath me.
