Missing parcel

I ordered an expensive supplement for my sickly daughter, they marked it as ‘delivered’ and signed by me at 9:40 (I leave for work at 7:20) , I asked my domestic worker and she said nothing arrived. I checked the security cameras and there was no delivery! So they are either *********** or *******.
