Misplaced Parcel

How is a parcel that say Mpumalanga on the province side ends up in Empumalanga in KZN. Your service is very poor.. One is supposed to capture the address as it is not according to your common sense now I have to wait again for my parcel .something that could have been avoided. No customer service line that I can use
