Misleading customers with information.

Okay I went online to check the status of my shipping and I found out that it was supposed to be delivered on the 25th of July 2020. And it hasn't been delivered as yet, so I called the Johannesburg deport,to inform them about my query and I was told that my package will be delivered, by the Soweto Courier Driver. Been trying to reach the driver and his phone is on voicemail, then I alerted the depot,and the lady said, she spoke to the driver ,he will come and deliver ,his phone is not on voicemail. And I keep on telling her,it's on voicemail. Totally frustrated by their service.
