Messed up delivery twice in one week

Fastway Couriers are messing up delivery's like you cant believe, 3 orders now that have been messed up, this last one I'm still waiting for delivery, and package was in Johannesburg 2 days ago. Yesterday I called and some lady at dispatch said she will get back to me, I'm still waiting.<br> I will tell all my suppliers that use Fastway to find another courier company as this is pathetic service.
