Meant to be zero stars: worst courier ever

Are you kidding me!!!! Im on day 4 my parcel is in transit from Joburg. Like how????? No response on whatsapp just the automatic message, no answer on phone calls, the chat option on their website im getting 1 word answers after every 45 minutes and no thorough explanation. How do you even deal with this? First experience and definitely the last. People have businesses to run but how can we? Does fastway compensate us on the revenue lost? Im so annoyed right now
