Maybe I live in Mars

I have a Temu order that has been "out for delivery" and still doesn't arrive to my address. This happened twice. No communication, just Temu emails updating me that the package has been sent back to "East Bay 4" whatever that is. Called to find out when I will have my package and the person was not helpful at all, he was just there, mumbling words. He stated I will get my package on the 13th, latest 15th September. Its the 16th and I still don't have it. No form of communication,so now I need to find out what is going on, honestly this is the worst service. From rude drivers to such delays. Completely unacceptable.
