Manager shouts at me for asking questions

I phoned fastway depo in klerksdorp for information about my delivery because it was92 to be here at 08:00 am as it is a urgent delivery. After stating that I will not be home after 09:00am I am told it will be delivered the following day, I said I will only be back on Thursday I am told then it will be delivered then I asked what time and the manager started shouting at me about routes so I hung up, I will not accept any packages for my company from Fastway couriers as I feel it to be hostile, threatening and unsafe to deal with such a company. Fastway please do not contact me,e-mail me, call me or so much as look at me I do not want to be bul****.
