Major delays in delivery

Very dissapointed as I have been trying to call for 2 days but not getting threw,the whatsapp line is robotic so nit helping at all.My package has been with fastway since 20 August,I paid my vat and duty on 21 Aug already,customs has been cleared and still no further update on tracking or delivery.its already the 26 Aug meaning its already 5 days since I paid my vat and duty.I have been waiting for this package since 2 Aug yet theres just uncountless delays since day 1.Now that its finaly in the country,fastway is just not delivering.this is extremely stressfull and dissapointing. There own message directly from fastway said: Hi .......
