Mad mad mad

Why call it Fastway couriers if you cannot keep up with your name, i have order a parcel from Durban. The parcel was collected on the 04/05/2016 and kept in the Durban depot. I had to found out that on the 6/05/2016 the parcel is still at the depot. Why pay for fast courier service if you guys are crawling. Its bad service and false advertising.
