Lying driver

Good day I purchased clothes at Woolies and fast way couriers was supposed to deliver my parcel today and the driver claimed that he called me and didnt get hold of me but the message on their app says they couldn’t find my address . I am disappointed that they **** why did they promote to deliver today but then change. Can this be sorted . Thank you .
