Lost Parcel - No refund after 7 weeks.

A parcel that I sent from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth, went missing. Fastway's tracking system shows the parcel was on the PE delivery vehicle, but was never delivered. I went through a tedious claiming process, but after 7 weeks still have not received a refund.
