Lost parcel Fastway Couriers

If I could give a minus star I would. I purchased a product off Bid or Buy. The parcel was according to Fastway courier site, picked up in Vereeniging on 2020-09-09 at 17:09. Tracking number Z***. As of 2020-09-15, this parcel has still not been delivered. Have spoken to Rene at Fastway ***), at 10:48 on 2020-09-15, She promised to phone me back. I phoned again at 16:04 and spoke to Rene who is extremely rude on the phone. Says a claim form was sent to me as the parcel is lost. Where has the claim form been sent to??? Not on my email. You cannot get a contact number of anyone in charge. Will never recommend them at ALL.
