LOST PARCEL and NO APOLOGY!!! Suspect they STOLE my parcel!!!

LOST PARCEL and NO APOLOGY!!! Fastway Couriers should get a MINUS 1000 rating!!! They LOST my parcel, offered NO explanation how it happened and NEVER even apologised!!! Extremely unprofessional, they don't know how to track a parcel, wonder if the courier didn't just ***** my parcel?
