Lost Parcel

Lost my parcel acting on behalf of VRST Logistics and now will not finalize their part of the claim. My insurance claim with VRST now hanging and waiting on Fastway. No communication and simply ignores emails. Sashnee is supposedly assisting but no communication what so ever. Pathetic service. Do not use this company
