Lost parcel

Fastway courier has either lost my parcel or someone took it. I track my parcel and was notified it was delivered signed by who I don't know because I never received my parcel. When I tracked it it showed that parcel is on courier Van now all of a sudden it says its been delivered on the 29th July already. So where is my parcel as they don't respond on my messages nor pick up there phones.
