Lost Package/ Parcel and no service

I have not received my parcel which l got an sms on the 10 Jan 2025 that my parcel is singed for and delivered. I was shocked because l was in a meeting.l quickly went to security to ask if someone singed for it and they were also surprised. I immediately contacted this company for assistance on their WhatsApp line, l gave them my parcel number and all they tell me is that they will investigate. Even now l have not been helped, my parcel number is CCR***. The question is who signed for my parcel?
