LOST PACKAGE! NOT DELIVERED BUT COMPLETED AS FINALIZED!!!

To whom it may concern, I've received messages that my parcel was delivered and that I've signed for it. My working hours is from 08h00 till 17h00, I haven't received OR signed for any parcel. Please explain to me how you delivered a parcel NOT making sure that the right person received it?? According to your "delivery notification" the parcel was handed over to "Aimee"? Who is that and where?? I am working at HELFIN as stipulated on my order and my name is Ronel!!! I need proof that I have "received" AND signed for this parcel. Furthermore, I want to be refunded/credited to my account for the amount that I've paid! OR make an arrangement that my order will be collected by ME from Miladys Brooklyn. It is UNACCEPTABLE that companies like Miladys and Fastway, either just give other people's parcels to random people WITHOUT checking the identity of the recipient OR actually did not do the delivery at all!! ***
